Refund policy

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at willdekkoltd@gmail.com.

Returns should be sent to:
Unit 2, Carrickhill Industrial Park, Ballycrummy Rd, Armagh, BT60 4LB

If your return is accepted, we can arrange collection using our delivery team.
Please note:

  • A collection fee may apply, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • You may also return the item yourself to the address above.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and work to put it right through a repair, replacement, or refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Personalised items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We’re happy to facilitate exchanges.
The quickest method is to:

  1. Return the item you have
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item


European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union (including the Republic of Ireland), you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
  • It must be unused, with all original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
