Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

• All of Northern Ireland
• All counties in the Republic of Ireland

If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

 

Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery Fees

If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery charge may apply. We’ll always try to give a clear delivery window and keep you updated.

 

Click & Collect

We also offer a click and collect service from our showroom:

Please contact us in advance to arrange collection.

 

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged:

• Note any visible damage with the driver at the time of delivery
• Contact us within 48 hours at willdekkoltd@gmail.com with photos and a description
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate
